Many customers give up on navigating — especially when they're not sure they have the right address. An NFC directions card removes that doubt: the customer taps their phone on the card and the navigation app opens with the route to your location already set. On iPhone that's Apple Maps; on Android, usually Google Maps (or the user's default navigation app). No typos in postcodes, no 'which building was it again?' — just direct turn-by-turn navigation to your front door.
